Shipping Policy

Black Grove Design Company LLC is a small, handmade business located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Each piece is handcrafted specifically for your order rather than kept in stock. This allows us to give each piece the time and attention it deserves.
Processing Times
Because each item is made to order, please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships or is ready for local delivery or pickup.
Production time begins after your order has been received. Larger, more detailed, or custom orders may require additional time. If your order requires more time than originally expected, we will contact you with an updated estimate.
Once your order has been completed, it will be packaged and shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping
We currently ship orders within the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Delivery Times
Shipping times are estimates and are determined by the carrier. The 5–7 business day production period does not include shipping time.
Black Grove Design Company LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside of our control.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Local Delivery
Local delivery may be available within the Albuquerque area for qualifying orders.
Delivery availability and any applicable delivery fee will be determined based on the delivery address and order size. If local delivery is available for your order, details will be provided at checkout or arranged with you after your order is placed.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available in the Albuquerque area for select orders.
When your order is ready, we will contact you with pickup instructions and an available pickup time. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.
Damaged Packages
We take care to package our products securely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of deliveryand provide photographs of the damaged item and the packaging.
Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as it may be needed for a shipping claim.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to determine the appropriate next steps. Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
